This is one of the best vet clinics I've ever been to. Dr. Bates has a real knowledge and almost dog-whisperer type of connection with animals, and I've always trusted and felt very comfortable when my pets were in his care! The folks here truly know what is best for your animal. Where others have failed this place always succeeds.
I would never go back there. The people were nice but I fell like was taken advantage of. My dog had a few simple problems and my bill ended up being way to much. I have never had a vet bill that high. I believe unnecessary test were done and I was sent home with lots of medication that I did not need.
I recently had an experience with this Animal Hospital. There was a misunderstanding with my bill. I had work done on my cat here before so they had my credit card info on file. The girl who works there took it upon herself to run my credit card WITH OUT MY PERMISSION! I wrote Dr. Bates about the incident as a courtesy just to let him know. He never responded to my letter. That;s what this is really about. Be careful! That's all I am saying. Chuck Graham Williamsburg Va.
