The receptionist very horrible. Didn't pick up the phone, and pick it up than hang up. I can't call in the line.
The doctor listened intently and shared information freely. The dialog was helpful and productive. I would return.
I had a broken tooth that needed an extraction, the first opening was 120 days out for service. Who would wait 4 months to see the dentist for an emergency! I cancelled all future visits and have left the practice. No one should be abandoned by their dentist in an emergency, it's an outrage that your schedule can't accommodate an emergency. Don't bother calling this practice they are totally booked. Would not recommend!!
I am a dental hygienist and recently had periodontal surgery treated by Dr Choi. I am extremely happy with the positive outcome. I found the entire experience, including the staff to be very professional, friendly, and very efficient. Also, most beneficial was how comfortable i was during and after the surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr Choi . Madeline Meadows
