I've seen Dr. Chapman for the past five years. He is the worst doctor i've ever had. Stayed with him long enough to find a new physician. He once sent me to the ER, when i had high blood pressure. The ER staff couldn't believe he sent me to them.

I have been going to Dr. Chapman for over 5 years and am saddened to state will no longer being going to him based on his officer staff lead by Jennifer are double billing annual wellness visits with office visits. In addition they are listing inaccurate notes of appointment and sending lab work coding to double bill and take advantage of patients through insurance. This is my 5th year with Dr. Chapman as my primary. This appointment was as always.... very short wait, thorough and efficient staff and service, and fast turnaround on test results.
