Not a pleasant experience There is a tenant upstairs that is allowed to use the parking lot as well. During the wedding, this tenant was practicing for their upcoming performance of 'Rent'. Yep -you could hear them singing and stomping the whole time. Our guests also had to find spaces around the cars parked in the lot.
