Doc retired and left me in the wind! Went to see him because of my PSA levels after exam a MRI was ordered. I called the office for results of the MRI and was told the other doctors in the office wasn't taking on any new patients not even me as and "old" patient they couldn't give me the results of the test - guess all they're interested in is the MONEY.
After a cystoscope couldnt urinate after 10 hours. Instruction sheet said call dr after 6. Got service who told me to call back if I didn't hear in half an hour. Called back. Service tried to contact dr again to no avail. Ended up catheterization next day. which was done by nurse. She also injected substance that supposedly relieves discomfort. never even saw this dr although I could hear him in the hall. No explanation of procedure or follow up. Never laid eyes on him. Claimed phone malfunctio
I never got to see the doctor because the staff are horrible. They are rude and incompetent. The office manager Veronica is just as bad. They don't return calls and shout over you. How dare they treat people that way. Stay away. They also tried to pass off an MA as a registered nurse! The audacity.
