RecommendedI have never had better care at any other facility or hospital than that for which I have experienced here at The James Cancer Center. They are first rate and really go out of their way to make sure you and your family are comfortable during your office visits, procedures, surgery and treatments. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else as they are leading edge in the care that you receive and the treatment options available to you. Wonderful place I haven’t met anyone I didn’t like
I am extremely disappointed with the care my Mother received. Her care can be summed up on his discharge - they told us to get the car and she would be down in ten minutes. Forty-five minutes later we had to go in and have the receptionist call - because they FORGOT her. We felt they forgot her, her entire visit. If she called for a nurse or PCA it took 30-45 minutes for someone to come. When they came they were great but it took a long time and it happened more times than not.
