My family doctor referred me to Dr. James Wu, ENT specialist. After they received the referral, they called me to schedule a new patient appointment. They scheduled me to see Dr. James Wu within a week. I repeated the appointment three times, mentioning the time and date to see Dr. James Wu. They said yes. However, the day before my appointment, they called and left a message saying, "You're seeing Alexia tomorrow, but you haven't filled out the new patient medical form yet." When I heard this message, I immediately called t... read more

Only an individual c a room temperature IQ at best would judge a surgeon based on the appearance of the office building. Offices are not sterile environments that is why pts are sent to the OR. I would take a skilled surgeon like Dr James Wu in a average office in appearance versus a substandard surgeon in a posh office. I have been evaluated for years by Dr Wu and my daughter since the age of 3 yo now 16 yo and he has evaluated both my husband and 34yo son who is also a Registered Nurse as I am. Dr. Wu is outstanding in sur... read more

850 dollar charge for a 30 min consultative visit?! The physician was good, but I'm really disappointed when I'm seeing this ridiculous charge now. New patient visit is 330? Nasal endoscopy charge 530 for a minute of peeking and 5 min of Q&A? Physician said they'll do a full ENT evaluation --> Done in a minute. Flashed light into my ears, asked me to open my mouth, flashed light again, done. That is your full evaluation. It was definitely oversold. My appointment was at 12, prefilled forms by me already, still checked me in ... read more

Came in 2 months ago for a vivaer consultation. Was told I had 3 options. Flush my nose out every day, the vivaer procedure or a sinuplasty. He said insurance most likely wouldn't cover the vivaer. I said that's fine, can you check and if it doesn't cover I'll pay out of pocket. 2 months of back and forth phone calls and being told I would hear back from the doctor...and nothing. I should have known it was a bad idea when I walked into their run down building/office that their service would be run down as well.

Horrible, Don’t waste your time &money . Eat was clogged and sensitive. I couldn’t get into my Regular ENT so I hand to bone to Mr.Wu And he looks in ear and says nothing is wrong and that’s that’s ! He did Prescribe eardrops that he sent to the wrong pharmacy pharmacy wouldn’t cover it so they requested a generic prescription. He never responds still to this day to the pharmacy. This guy is absolutely the worst. After seeing my normal ENT, they saw water built-up on my eardrum & it was slightly infected
