Dr. Sherrell is the most kind and respectful person, he is wonderful. He is a great surgeon, he knows his stuff when it comes to knee replacement.
I arrived early and was taken in promptly. Staff was very courteous. Doctor answered all my questions satisfactorily.
Love the staff, and their care. HATE the 'new' AI phone system. Can't get a person, while on hold, the same messages okay over and over, back to back. Absolutely insufferable. It's a good thing I have the nurse line number. She called me back at almost 9pm to address my message. Did I mention, I HATE the new phone system?
Everybody I met from when I walked in the door till I left was very nice
Had a great initial meeting with Dr. Sherrell and he certainly put me more at ease with my upcoming knee replacement. So far the process has been very professional and i look forward to getting the surgery underway and then behind me.
