Excellent service, always professional , I recommend Dr.James Ma and his staff
As a new patient I expected to be ran through the gauntlet of xrays, which would have to be reviewed at a later time or at the minimum to be put on a waiting list in order to be seen; however, the opposite occurred. I was seen immediately and my best options for care were presented so that I could choose what route I was comfortable with. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a new patient or try to strong arm me into procedures that I wasn't ready for at that time. Dr. Ma and the hygienist and staff were excellent with my non-verbal, autistic son at yesterday’s visit. They were very patient and thorough. We’re really looking forward to our next appointment in 6 months. 😊
