They will charge you if you cancel with short notice, and yet TWICE they cancelled same day on me and I never received any monetary compensation from them canceling on me with only a couple hours notice. I do not trust a place that conducts itself this way!
Can’t say enough great things about this place! Went for the first time and I will absolute be back. Bronte was amazing, she was professional, friendly, and very attentive. Left feeling confident and refreshed which is such a good feeling. Thank you so much!
Showed pictures of what my hair used to be like three years ago and talked about how I’ve been so disappointed in the last two haircuts since moving here because they did not listen. I was charged $400 for her not listening as well.
I always get the best treatment. Customer service is above and beyond. Pricey but u get what u pay for. Thanks Kira. I never have to say what color I'm doing she ready knows. She's always on top of things.
