14 years ago my daughter was a fussy baby, and Dr. Berman took time to look at her and suspected and later confirmed that she had EOE. This was a breakthrough that helped us on the road to managing her EOE.
I would highly recommend Dr. Berman. Today my husband and I took our 5yr old son who has autism to see Dr. Berman. He was very patient, attentive, and made our son feel comfortable, which isn’t easy to do. We have taken our son to a few different doctors regarding a condition that he has and no one has been helpful, they have rushed us through appointments and we left frustrated with no answers. Dr Bergman is great! Funny and really smart guy. Made my son feel extremely comfortable as he is his new gastro doctor.
I waited for 45 minutes in the office, not counting time in the waiting area, trying to keep a 9 month old happy. No apologies when he came in, and then he tried to minimize my concerns, acted like I shouldn't be there, and hardly explained anything.
