If you want to wait 2 hours & 40 minutes for a surgeon to FINALLY bless you with his presence for 5 minutes to tell you the surgery he recommends for your condition is risky and he's had to perform 2 corrective surgeries on patients similar to myself within the last month because staples and bony feet aren't a good choice, but let's just see how it goes. I would suggest some revisions to the intake process over the phone. This is your clients FIRST impression of you and your facility sometimes. Pretty sure the second girl I spoke with hung up on me just from me saying I would be choosing another facility. Very unprofessional and absolutely not eager to help. Why is it a problem that I am calling around to get prices?
Not a good experience I wouldn’t refer anyone to him!!
