Dr Anderson and staff are exceptional! Dr A successfully removed and replaced plates on my upper humerus (2 breaks) that was improperly done at Sunrise in Las Vegas. I've seen him for hip and knee problems as well. He is patient and explains in words I understand. Always received best outcome from procedures he has done.
Brought my mom in for a follow up. Was gathered in from the waiting room with 2 other patients. The nurse was asking her all these personal questions about her pain and weight in front of the other patients in the hallway. It was like hearding cattle. They didnt have any patients use the scale, just asked how much they weigh. Whats the point of the scale we all were standing by?? I have have numerous issued since a patient here. Prescriptions not called in when they are wrong pharmacy after changing this information 6 times on my profile. No return calls from MA’s after having total knee replacement and in horrible pain. They take your ins money for surgery then the sftercare is horrific. Will travel to phoenix or Yuma for all my future orthopedic care. They are rude and talk to patients like they are drug addicted!!! When hello I just had my knee cut open and replaced!!!!
