Complete joke from top to bottom! Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of care and professionalism.
Originally referrals were lost in the office. Have had to obtain my own labs because office girls claimed the never received them and was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen because of there negligence. Thankfully stayed and was seen to be prescribed medications that never made it to the pharmacy.
Ryan Hopp is the newest DPT to join Lakeside and is incredible! Aldi, PTA is also! Entire staff is great! I went in with ruptured ACL, torn MCL and torn meniscus with little strength or stability. I jumped for the first time in 5 months last week! Hardcwork, good plan and PT who pushed and I think this knee may last (with minimal lifestyle adjustments)!
The first visit was ok with Dr Anderson but l was disappointed he gave me opioids for pain. I don't want opioids. The second visit was terrible because the exray Dept. gave me exrays for the elbow when it's the top that is broken. THAT really hurt me and then I had to have more exrays for the correct broken bone. I feel like this place is TRYING to make money so fast they don't care if they make mistakes
