All I can say is my right seems a lot better then before the surgery a month ago.
Effective and efficient processes from start to finish. Dr Duke’s staff is the best I have ever seen. I could not have asked for better care.
I used to walk over 2000 miles per year, and did so for over 15 years! Finally osteoarthritis got the better of my hips and I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Duke’s practice. Courtney, one of Dr. Duke’s PA’s saw me, reviewed my X-rays, recognized me as the walking guy and recommended that I switch to a bicycle. I took that advice immediately but my hips were not willing to cooperate! The professional commitment demonstrated by each member of the team was amazing, from staff who answer phones to the medical team. Immediate response to concerns via phone and emails, interagency communications, and scheduling with the surgical team all the way to my primary care doctor and the follow-up home care was handled smoothly. On top of that professionalism, the friendliness made both me and my support partner feel cared for. This whole experience has been amazing.
My first appointment was with Courtney and than with Dr Duke both were very positive. After surgery Dr Duke explain everything to family. Ashley was wonderful helpful with all of questions.
Very professional. There is a good system for pre-op, operative, and post-op to move patients in the best direction with a very competent team supporting Dr. Duke. Things went better than I had even hoped, and I am very grateful to everyone at TOI for the work they do!
