Was helped by lizet on 8/2/24. She has great customer service, i was indecisive of which charm ti get as a gift. She understood it was a meaningful gift and helped me choose the perfect charm. Overall she was very patient and attentive

I gave it 1 stars because of the crummy way of having to pay for merchandise this Dillard's they don't take cash and the counter person said that she could order the shoes for me on line and come to find out she couldn't even get the shoes and had me purchase a gift card that I didn't even need so that forces me to have to use the gift card that I didn't even want i think both the clerk and the manager should both be fired because she let it happen
