Staff at the store I visited have always been very helpful and quick to take care of what I need to have done.
Saw the reviews before hand and thought it would be a great experience. However that was not the case. This sales person was rude and just seemed like she didn’t want to help me or be bothered with. Idk if she just always has a bad mood every time I go but I’ve gone three different times and all have been bad. I’m from TX and love James Avery but she doesn’t come near to the customer service I get back home. For this reason I will be happy to travel to TX and deal with a real James Avery store.
