I came in to pick up my bracelet after purchasing two charms, and instead of a smooth experience, I was told I needed to pay $5 to move a charm. The reason? An employee Daena had dropped my bracelet, the pin came loose, and they repinned it incorrectly. Yet somehow, I was being blamed for their mistake.
