Went in to buy a bracelet and a couple charms…was greeted and asked if i needed anything which at the moment I didnt as I was still browsing….proceeded to get in line and wait for one of the associates to assist me and I was skipped over and then called by Makenzee…she was not only rude to me but very rude to my kids….I proceeded with my check out and my daughter the purchased a ring and a charm with a different associate and we did not catch her name but she was very nice.

Came in willing to spend $200-300 at this location on 10/12/2025 at 1:40. An Indian worker came and approached me with a scowl on her face. I told her that I was here to look for a piece of jewlery. She then subsequently asked in a very rude tone, "Are you looking for something!?" Not wanting to spark conflict, I continued the conversation with a calm voice and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said that she'd get it for me. I came in to pick up my bracelet after purchasing two charms, and instead of a smooth experience, I was told I needed to pay $5 to move a charm. The reason? An employee Daena had dropped my bracelet, the pin came loose, and they repinned it incorrectly. Yet somehow, I was being blamed for their mistake. I've been here a couple of times, and the ladies who work there are very friendly. I had the opportunity to have Priscilla help us. She's very kind and gives you time to look around and decide what to buy.
