I’m very disappointed with my experience at this James Avery location. I received a James Avery ring as a gift and later tried to return it not even a month later, but I was told they could not accept the return because the ring was scratched. I understand having a return policy, but it was frustrating to have a genuine James Avery ring refused based on damage that was already there when it was purchased. I just recently came in for the charm event and got a new bracelet with charms that I arranged a certain way. They took the picture and said it would be ready in 3 days. Okay 5 days pass and I never get an email, so I call and they say it’s ready. I come to get the Bracelet snd the charms are all messed up and not how I wanted it.
