I went into the store today to pick up my jewelry and had the best experience! Genesis helped me! She seriously had the best customer service! She saw the I liked hearts and showed me the new heart ring! She also showed me the stackable rings that would go with my new earrings! Her patience was extraordinary! Thank you Genesis for all your help today!
Shout out to Reagan! My boyfriend surprised me with a James Avery trip. Reagan was so helpful and absolutely sweet! You da bomb!
Service is great and the ladies are really nice, but DO NOT take your charms here to get them added to your bracelets. Idk who is responsible for doing it here, but they continuously do not listen and I have had to take my bracelet elsewhere to get positions fixed.
