I came in an hour before closing and the associates did not ask me if I needed help or greet me, I went to the desk and bought a ring and asked the lady if she can leave the sizer out since I will be shopping for more rings and she just said have a nice day and put the sizers up so I walked out instead and will be going to pearland location tomorrow
always clean and the staff is very friendly.
I went in looking for the jewelry cleaning liquid that I remember getting a few years ago. I didn't know that they no longer carry it. I was able to aquire a new cleaning cloth. I was offered a free cleaning but I didn't bring the jewelry as I didn't expect to need it.
Customer service at this store is sub par at best. The associates are rude - if you want true James Avery service, save yourself the time and go to the location in the mall located in Dillard's. The ladies in that location don't treat you as if you're a bother or as though you're wasting their time. I was purchasing 6 charms, 4 bracelets and and just had questions about the placement of one of my charms & the associate rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question.
