One star only because zero stars isn’t an option. My husband and I visited on 06/05/26 to purchase jewelry. After waiting for in line for assistance, the associate seemed more interested in asking questions than actually coming to assist us. When told her we’d need to show her the items to get pricing because the items weren’t properly tagged, and we told her we were choosing one item or another and we would ultimately need her to unlock the case. The staff was very helpful especially Becky how helped me add a new charm and fix my other charms for me
I came in an hour before closing and the associates did not ask me if I needed help or greet me, I went to the desk and bought a ring and asked the lady if she can leave the sizer out since I will be shopping for more rings and she just said have a nice day and put the sizers up so I walked out instead and will be going to pearland location tomorrow
always clean and the staff is very friendly.
