I've been to this store multiple times in the last six months and the service is overall poor. There are a few employees that are nice, but there are multiple who act contemptuous. I was helped by Tina this weekend who was unapproachable when I arrived. The store was not busy. I had two requests and after helping me with the first, she turned around and told another employee to help me with my second request. She also made no eye contact during our conversation. I broke one of my charms off my bracelet. I took it in to James Avery to have it fixed. The customer service was very nice and friendly and for a $5 fee they sodered my charm back on and had my bracelet cleaned and ready to go the next morning.
