I was gifted a few James Avery charms for my James Avery charm bracelet for my birthday. I went to this location to drop off my bracelet to have them attach the charms to it. The lady working at the time was very rude and condescending and made me feel like an inconvenience. She also made comments about how old my bracelet was and questioned its authenticity.
