Placed an online order and headed straight to the pickup section, a member by the name of Diego was three registers down and was not friendly. Instead of greeting me he went straight to “I need to see your receipt and ID”. I had to walk to the end of the counter without him directing me to his register. Very short and failed to have any customer service last thing I would like to mention is he just placed my charm in a box and did not give any tissue paper.
The customer service here is GREAT, so sweet and knowledgeable, the young lady that helped me, Jemimah, was so nice. I came in here with questions and she answered every single one of them. Would definitely recommend this location!
They do not actually repair jewelry. They are a jewelry store.
i want to give a huge thank you to Sam she helped me choose a bracelet and charm for my wife to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and first time parents, even when i walked in with my dirty ripped work clothes she approached me like any other normal person with respect unlike other stores they do costumer service the way you are dressed or not, i appreciate it again Sam thank you!
So I have paid to get this fixed about 3 times which is $20 a time! It has now broke again. I’m so disappointed because I’m tired of paying to get it fixed when they don’t fix it correctly.
