So I have paid to get this fixed about 3 times which is $20 a time! It has now broke again. I’m so disappointed because I’m tired of paying to get it fixed when they don’t fix it correctly.
First time looking into James Avery and I was pleasantly surprised at how “high value” they hold themselves to be, but actually have the WORST customer service. We were never greeted or asked if they could help us with anything. I had to look for someone to showcase me the items I wanted. She never looked ecstatic, or even happy to be there, even show me the pieces, almost like it was a bother. Love this store. The location is perfect if you live on west side in Lake Worth.
Everyone is always so kind and helpful, I’ve been going to this Lake worth location for over 5 years and still, they have great customer service. I went in yesterday and exchanging my online order was so easy.
