This is the worst james avery location I've been to. The employees are rude and condescending and this location will always tell you to come back the following day or in two days, even for a cleaning. Any other location can do it in the same day.
Walked right in and they were top shelf service.
The Jewelry store was nice and staff was friendly.
Only jewelry I wear besides my wedding ring. Everyone is always friendly and helpful
