I have bought several pieces of jewelry from James Avery.Located in Woodland Hills Mall, Tulsa, Oklahoma. I went to buy a necklace for my crucifix as I had lost mine. Upon entering the store the salesperson didn't seem to know I was there. She walked about 10 feet from me and I said "hi". She made a nasty sarcastic remark about she knows I'm there and kept walking. Her name is Krystal, hopefully some one in customer service will teach her some skills in how to acknowledge customers. Terrible experience for me.

I have bought James Avery jewelry for myself and as gifts for many years because it is of the finest quality. Today I went into the store to get the clasp fixed to a chain my mother gave me twenty years ago. The chain has extreme sentimental value to me as my mother recently passed away. Rachael went to extreme measure to show me kindness and compassion, fixed my clasp, and offered to clean my other chain and pendant…just because.
