Everyone is so helpful from the moment you walk in the door literally and everyone has a smile on their face and the experience is very fast and very pleasant
So disappointed. I walked in prepared to do some major shopping and had my two-year old and seven-month old in tow. My two-year old needed to use the restroom and the management would not make an exception to the "no public restroom" rule for a two-year old little girl. After being sent three stores down to a public restroom (we fortunately made it on time), I went back to the store to let them know that I would be taking my business elsewhere as it was clear that they do not stand by the company's professed family values. I love this one in Plano but I have to admit I have not been to one I didn't love! I have been to almost every one of their stores and have had nothing but excellent experiences. I only wear James Avery! I highly suggest to at least go to a store and look. I recommend this store and James Avery every chance I get.
