I had a consultation today, Dr. Willardsen and his staff were amazing! From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I left everyone was friendly, and there to help. Hands down the most supportive, communicative, caring dentist or doctor for that matter, I have ever been to. Very in tune to go over options to achieve the best results for my budget. I've been a patient here for years now. Appointments are on time. Dr. Joe is amazing, and his staff is the best. If you're an adult and still too scared or lazy to go to the dentist, these people will convert you.
Been going here for almost 5 years maybe longer. I don't usually have any issues with the staff but my last appointment will be my last. Unprofessional new dental hygienist who was nervous during my entire procedure (fumbling around for instruments and not knowing where things were in the office). I don't come to the dentist for a test-run of a new employee and nervous talking. I come for efficiency. About halfway thru the 1.5 hr procedure, she spent 5+ minutes on my mouth without the doctor's help, nervously talking to hers... read more
Friendly and very accommodating staff. Great customer service. The doctors are very affable and offer several options for treatment. I highly recommend True Dentistry.
