I brought my encore 2020 to James believing that the water pump was going bad. He called me within 2 hours of dropping the car off confirming it was. James also called the dealership for me to see if it was still under any type of warrenty, which fortunately it being a certified used car from the dealership that warrenty is going to cover the repair. A repair that out of pocket would have cost my upwards of $650. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of James and would recommend this garage for any and all your repairs.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I needed (stress needed) to get my car inspected. There was another mechanic I’d seen a few times, but they couldn’t get me in. I had read good things about this auto shop, so I gave them a call. They got me in when it shouldn’t have been possible, and got me in and out, even with me being a few minutes late 😬 I met the owner and he was very nice and down to earth. Alternator went out in our vehicle. It was our daily driver. They got us in that day and had it fixed the next day. Great service, good prices. We will definitely be using their services again.
