I had an outstanding experience with this auto repair shop. The technician went above and beyond, not only fixing my car quickly and efficiently but also making sure I fully understood the work being done. He was incredibly friendly and personable, taking the time to address all of my concerns without making me feel overwhelmed or as though I didn’t know enough. Always takes care of me and priced right.
I finally found a reliable mechanic. I was taking my car to shade tree mechanics and then I found James.... Anything he has ever fixed on my car he has physically shown me what he did and explained to me how bad it was..... very honest and worth every penny! I would probably trust him with my life at this point
I was in a pinch and James went out of his way to get me back on the road and inspected in no time!...Fair prices and a great conversation explaining everything he did in detail...I will be back Every time I need ANY work done on ANY of my vehicles!...(Tip of the hat)...Thanks again!...
I've never wrote a review before but I had to for this shop. Out of all the ones I've been to, this is by far the best. James showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and told me ahead of time what the price might be, which was much less than I had expected going in. Big brand car shops do not give you nearly as much help or attention as you'll get here, and now I'll never get my car fixed elsewhere.
