Waiting time TOO long. I had a bad experience! Told Dr. Miranda's staff that I had to leave at a certain time and this was totally overlooked. Dr. Miranda was told also. Dr. Miranda kept me waiting a total of 1.5 hours for a .5 hour procedure, which cost me a late fee for not picking up my grandson from daycare on time! I will now change dentists!!! I therefore would not recommend him.
Dr. Cox and his staff are quite friendly and professional. Im sure 95% of his patients are happy with the service but I had a different experience. I had two crowns done on my back teeth (2 yrs back) and my bite is still not right. There was an over-adjustment made on the same day that I received the crowns and after subsequent adjustments (over the next 8 months) the bite was still not right. I had a second opinion on the bite and the new dentist couldnt find a clear problem so I have lived with it ever since. Also, a few... read more
I have been to Dr. Cox' office for over 20 years. I recommend him highly.
Great Kids' Dentist Dr. Galbraith has a wonderful easygoing manner with our son, and performed a very tricky repair procedure on a tooth that was able to save the tooth. Unfortunately, I believe that Dr. Galbraith has relocated, and is no longer practicing here. Bad news for us, but good news for the dental patients in his new area.
Dr. Cox has been my mother's and my family dentist for almost 30 years (since I was a child), and he is at the top of his profession. I was particularly impressed when a friend new to the area went to him for a second opinion when a cheapo dentist said the friend needed multiple teeth removed (which was a surprise to her since her teeth had always been fine back home). Dr. Cox confirmed her suspicions and even helped her report the quack dentist to the review board. Like everything else in the Bay Area, he's not cheap, but h... read more
Grade A Dental Office Dr. Cox is very smart. He remembers everything about your teeth and strikes a perfect balance of not wanting to mess around with procedures that aren't necessary. Although I cannot remember his name, Dr. Cox has a great referal for an oral surgeon.

Extremely skilled - if you ever have anything serious you need done to your teeth, see Dr. Cox. (If you are just going in for teeth cleaning, anyone in his office will do.) He had to give me an extensive root canal, and even though it took hours, he did a perfect, thorough job and it didn't hurt at all. I was amazed. In fact, he was such a perfectionist that he checked and found one spot that was probably fine, but not quite perfect, and so he took the time to do that one again just to be perfect. Also, the first time he saw... read more
