Extremely frustrated. Spent all summer with a different home health agency. I get transferred to Jameco. Had a few visits, reevaluation, 2 week break then I get told I'm being discharged next week. I am bedridden and need the exercises. I know it isn't my insurance because they have paid for months. Jameco doesn't fight for you. Sad. Excellent pta & lvn. Edit...I am aware of how it works. This is a horrible company I've had cancer on my foot for over a year and all they keep doing is wish washing me around with other people
Company case managers are unclear and unprofessional. If your trying to get care and want to speak to someone directly good luck they will pass the phone around to avoid you. They do not care about the employees concerns so they feel it’s professional to not be direct and let someone else handle a concern.they are not on top of charts or orders for nurse visits or job duties. I’ve been working here for a couple of years, and it has been a pleasure. Case management is very compassionate and helpful. Jameco is a team oriented company & helping eachother to grow is the mission.
Hello i believe Jameco Home Health has amazing case managers and employees over all. When i walk in for reports and wound care supplies, i get greeted by every one and get asked politely if anything is needed before leaving. HR is on top of any concerns from employees. To the comment below you possibly called on a busy day but they are good at handling phone calls and patients i have had nothing but good comments from the patients i have seen.
