I have given JAMCO lots of opportunities to make things right. We have had problem after problem since we moved in here. It took them almost a year to address our first maintenance request, and they only addressed it after lying to us about it repeatedly. When they finally admitted that they recognized the problem, it was only because the SEWAGE that we could smell leaking into the concrete floor of our apartment started actually dripping into the apartment underneath.
