Ah, yes. The quintessential "landlord as villain" experience. If you dare to complain about dangerous issues or a less-than-stellar property manager, be prepared for a squad of lawyers to descend upon you like vultures. Help? Don't count on it. Higher-ups seem to take the "ignore it and hope they leave" approach, which, quite frankly, might be a new form of property management innovation. And the cherry on top? Insanely rude management team. They’ve gone through 3 site supervisors in 2 months and it’s no wonder why, I’m sure they treat their staff worse than their tenants. They will routinely ignore phone calls. When interacting with them, they are consistently rude. They only care about money and do nothing to invest in quality tenants.
