If I could give this place 0 stars I would , this place has no heart , don't be fooled into moving here. I lived their for 3 years , fatel, , drug overdoses , mold in the units management is a joke , I'm so happy I was finally able to leave . My tea cup Maltese myltipoo was fatality attacked by a pitbull, management knew about it not supposed to be on the property but did nothing to keep it out , be ware it is still running around the property , again don't be fooled , if you do move in it will be your biggest mistake ever .... read more
I would highly advise that anyone reading this comment to never do business with or for this company. One of the worst businesses and companies to work with or work for.
Samantha, the Assistant Housing Manager at 17701 Cowan Ave Suite 200, should not be in that role. Instead of helping, she gave me the runaround for months (before I ended up in a shelter) and closed my case—even after I told her I was a disabled veteran in the final stages of my housing voucher and temporarily in a shelter. Completely unprofessional and discouraging.
Ever since Jamboree took over my apartment complex. There has been a complete disregard for my safety or sanity. I reside in Saybrook Apartments. They took over the construction of new and remodel of old apartments here. I am the longest standing resident here. I am also their most disabled. I am in a powerchair, on oxygen and a ventilator.
