Incredible property management company. Very responsive.
Sharing my experience with Jambi property management as a renter. I worked with the leasing agent Johnny, who was very laid back and easy to work with. And Jon, who was very understanding of my complex situation upon moving out. They were great about following up on maintenance requests and using the portal made everything very convenient. A very classy team, wouldn't hesitate to rent one of their properties.
I have worked with Jambi Property Management for over five years as they oversee a rental property I own and I can vouch for their professionalism, response and follow through, and good communication throughout in regards to maintaining a positive experience for me and for the tenants at the property. Jon Grogan and his staff oversee and manage the minutiae required to keep both parties happy and remain mindful of the issues involved to guarantee a positive owner/tenant relationship.
