Rachael had great customer service! Love the smoothies here esp frozen hot chocolate!
We came in to cash in a free smoothie coupon and to my delight the upgrade was worth it.
The customer service was great And the drink was delicious
Making a one star so HOPEFULLY MANAGEMENT SEES THIS !!!! The cooling air has been out for over a year!!!! It’s unacceptable! I was in there for maybe 5 minutes and felt incredibly hot. To make the workers work in that condition is absolutely cruel and needs to be addressed. I know Jamba makes enough as a company to fix the air!
