The food and drinks are only good if a select few are working- otherwise it's not too great. I get the açaí primo bowl, some employees make it super watery and others make it very thick and smooth. I do wish there was more consistency with Jamba and Auntie Anne's though. It just all depends on who's working.
This employee is running the entire store by herself. The slow service is not her fault. It’s the owners fault for not hiring And tracking their staffing appropriately as well as not stepping in when needed on days like this.
