Worst customer service at this franchise. The taste is the same as any other and it’s super busy. The manager was so rude to the employees. She was scolding them in front of all of us. This is the manager with the green hair. She didn’t allow one of her employees to take his break either.
Strawberry Acai bowl We came to the one on Capitol Express, San Jose to order this bowl and a large Peanut Butter Mood. We have an offer to get double points for any smoothies order. We tried the self-order without succes, then we got help from someone. He couldn’t log in the offer then he asked another one for help. The 2nd one couldn’t either, then he offered us a discount. My go to Jamba Juice. The employee Erika P has always been so joyful and helpful each time I’ve came in. It is always a pleasant experience and kindness goes a long way! Thanks Erika and Jamba Juice team!
The service is not very good they tend to forget they have customers waiting & go off chatting with each other. Also, my last 3 visits they have not had all the ingredients to make my orange dream machine. Very disappointing.
