A masters class on how not to run a business. The posted hours are seldom honored. The lobby is closed more often than not. When they finally settled on hours, they were 8-4. A coffee place that opens at 8… after most people leave for work. A smoothy place that closes at 4… before people return home. At least twice we went there and they did not have strawberries. At a smoothy place? When Stracks is 5 minutes away to restock? Sad as my daughter loved their Smoothy Bowls.
Never open... Hours are not actually times they are open. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to crown point every time.
Went on my lunch and they had no food available, settled for a smoothie and when I got to window to pay they said they couldn’t take a $50 cause they couldn’t make change. I wasted my lunch going there and the girl didn’t even apologize for all that. It’s like she just didn’t want to work.
