This is the 2nd time I’ve come here in 6 months and both times my shake was horrible and waffle burnt. There was a girl making the shakes with something over her head and my shake was straight water and milk, it sucks because I never ever have time to stop and get something before work so this is a huge treat for me and it’s horrible. i placed an online order on 12/22 around 7:30am. i come to the store and the lights are off, the doors are locked and no one is inside during their said operating business hours. not to mention, i also prepaid for my order on the app. this is extremely frustrating and a huge inconvenience. thank you jamba juice del mar for stealing my money and wasting my time.
