Sticker shock to say the least!!! $11.50 for a Orange dream (it wasn’t even good either!!) I could have left but I felt bad for the young kids working there. To put this in perspective, I was at DEN airport yesterday and the same drink was $9.49 and was expected because it was the airport. Crazy.
Took 30 minutes to order (my entire break time) because I was having trouble ordering with my coupon so instead of helping out and ringing us up, they told me to try again on the self-order kiosk and walked away. When they began to ring up other guests at the register, I caved and went up to order which was fine but I tried to order a smoothie bowl and refused to let me order one. The restroom is not allowed to use for customers they said it's out of service but the employee using it when I asked them they said the next door have a restroom and I said I bought from here why do I have to use their restroom he said sorry the owner need to address it
I ordered my smoothie through the app 10 min prior, but when I got to the shop, it wasn't even open yet even though they were supposed to be open 30 min before. I had to wait even longer for my smoothie
