Order a acai, Nutella and pb bowl. Ended up with a small bowl without Nutella or PB
I went here with one of my friends around 4:55-5:10pm ish 17JAN, and the 2 people working that time were absolutely amazing. Customer service was spectacular, and a worker there who had the best aura wrote us hearts on top of our lids, just because she wanted to spread joy and positivity. That really stood out, and was really appreciated - I hope whomever that was on that shift gets a shout out, and both get a raise from the manager/ owner. 100000/10.
Super slow service, understaffed at this 4S Ranch location, as usual.
The Latina lady who took my order and made my smoothies at around 5:15 pm today was super rude and did a terrible job. The smoothies tasted awful, she didnt closed the lid and the smoothies were spewing out from the glass. When I told her she just walked inside ignoring me. Never gonna come back here again.
