The service was absolutely terrible. The customer service was appalling. Angelith was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes when taking our order, slammed our drinks to us, and when I asked for her manager’s name, she said she didn’t know. I told her it was very rude of her and said goodbye to us while laughing. I’ve never had such a horrible experience getting a smoothie.

Nestor was rude, the girl working with him tried getting my attention but it’s hard to hear when she was speaking very low. If you’re trying to ask a customer something say “hey excuse me ….”. All she said was “is this fine?” Talking about the amount of ice. How am I suppose to know she’s talking to me when I’m looking down on my phone? Nestor then yells “EXCUSE ME” very rudely then proceeds to laugh about it like it’s funny.
