I went in to redeem the birthday drink that was sent to my email. There was one worker with no hair net or hat on, no name tag, and an untucked shirt. She seemed very annoyed by the few questions that I had and when it came time to scan the coupon, she said it was no good. That it would only be good on the 17th, when my coupon says expired 15th. The male person who served me was too rude and quite distracted, additional zero friendly, I think they can improve their attention. The bowl was delicious.
Honestly the service was slow. And it’s not the staff fault either. Two people ? Seriously? The owner should hire more people.
