Here to give kuddos to John and his staff I think they do a great job with making sure you are acknowledged and appreciated for choosing Jamba as opposed to all the other options in El Paseo. Recently I’ve been there twice with what looked like new employees. I did a mobile order from the parking lot and then headed in immediately. I waited for 30 minutes at the counter before asking when my drink would be ready, only to be told to look in the mobile refrigerator, which I didn't even notice since there were at least 20 people waiting there who blocked my view of it. The next time I did a mobile order, I waited at the mobile refrigerator for 30 minutes before asking about my drink, which turned out to be behind the counter. My husband and I love Jamba juice so much. So sometimes I come here to buy it and go out to drink it. It was delicious today, too.
Concerning that prices are crazy high yet no organic items; also, drinks now described as ' _____ flavored'? Seriously concerning language. I got a small fresh juiced orange + carrot, $9.50 (!).
