Gentleman working was extremely rude. The line was long and it although it looked like he was working the whole time he kept making mistakes, dropping things, having to clean up messes he made. He clearly noticeably unhappy to be there, muttering curse words under his breath the whole time. Javier was awesome!
I fly almost every week and this stall is never open. Sometimes i see someone behind the counter but they’re not actually open. Also why close at 2pm tons of flights after 2pm. And why is no one serving at 7am?
I travel often out of BDL. The female manager is great. This morning I had an early flight. The man who was working made me feel very unwelcome. Rolled his eyes while I was at the counter. He was clearly annoyed that he had to serve a customer. Spoke to me in a rude way. April 7 at 5am.
We waiting for 7 minutes and no one showed up. They were supposed to open at 5 am . For an airport location (specially the airport) they should be always on time.
