I just now came in and a young man had to get off his lunch break early to serve me, because it was busy at the window. He was very nice and efficient. Even apologized to me because he had to take a second to tie his apron. Im grateful he was kind although his lunch was interrupted. He even quickly got the next order as he was busy with more walk ins. It was good to see such kind service.

The service at this location has improved and haven't had any issues since the opening.
Ordered a smoothie for my wife and it wasn’t to her liking a the girl suggested other one and she did not like it. Asked the manager woman for my money back and she flipped out and said NO, I will NOT REFUND YOU OR MAKE YOU ANYTHING ELSE AND I DONT CARE. I will never go here again and you should do something about that employee and train your staff correctly. I they don’t like there job in customer service, get a new one. There is NO excuse for for behavior!
