It's not as good as it once was, but still decent. The employee was super kind when I walked in, but not so friendly when I received my Jamba. It makes think it's because I didn't leave a tip. Not sure though.
Came in and bald guy named ryan was very rude when I was trying to make an order, acting like my order was a huge ordeal, he was being rude not only to me but his co worker Beth. Beth was so sweet and trying to help me because Ryan Simply didn't want to even do anything to help me. Beth is an absolutely amazing worker and truly trying to do her best to deescalate the situation. This review is mainly for Ryan, in no way is this about Beth.
Today I came asking to get the oats or whatever and for the third time they told me they can’t make oats right now, Why is it on the menu still? The excuse last time was that they were closing in an hour and now they “don’t have the equipment”. It’s just frustrating coming in to order something specific and not being able to get it. Its always this location the one in Clinton never has issues making the oats no matter what time it is.
Google says closes at 9pm. Went by the store at 8:37 and the open sign was off, lights inside off. So are workers just de using to close early or is Google wrong?? Very frustrating when you drive 15 minutes each way expecting to get something and it’s closed!!
I walked in and immediately walked out!! If you want good customer service do not come here. I said hi to the cashier and was given an angry stare. With no emotional response. I truly feel like it was my race. The young Caucasian girl that I held the door open for was greeted properly. I will never stop by this location again.
