I walked in and immediately walked out!! If you want good customer service do not come here. I said hi to the cashier and was given an angry stare. With no emotional response. I truly feel like it was my race. The young Caucasian girl that I held the door open for was greeted properly. I will never stop by this location again.
I have been having problems lately with this store. I mobile ordered and once I got there they told me they couldn't make my smoothie because they didn't have the ingredients. I was told they haven't been getting supplies because the manager just quit. Maybe if you don't have ingredients for most of your smoothies, don't allow people to buy them.
I arrived after a large DoorDash order had been placed. Upon arrival the girls let me know there would be a bit of a wait. Allie was so amazing with her customer service skills! Not only was she working the busy register, but she was making the drinks as quickly as she could as well. Thank you Allie for all your hard work!! It did not go unnoticed.
Omg I live for Jamba always amazing service
Stopped in on our drive down to Vegas. There was only one other person waiting (already done ordering) and it took 20 minutes for 4 smoothies.
