Paid $17 for two smoothies that were both only filled 2/3 the way. Lord have mercy. Both managers heard me complain and said nothing.
Need to do better at getting orders out based on when customers order. First in first out. There were 2 families behind us, but for some reason they got their order before we did. When we asked why, they responded with there were too many orders for them to keep track of and they lost their place. We were short on time already and would appreciate getting our drinks timely. I came in asking if they just had a plain strawberry banana smoothie. I never been to a Jamba before anywho I get attitude from the front liner saying we have many versions and I was confused and asking what do you mean what kinds she says base wise it can be anything. So then I ask okay what are the options then. And she said just read the board ma’am. I went to the riverdale Jamba Juice on June 6th my husband and I both got smoothies they were really good. The lady with the red hair was so nice and made sure that everything was great with our smoothies. Thank you so much for taking the time to make us feel so special.
Best service I've had at a jamba! Went in on 6-6 and was immediately greated and welcomed into the store. I don't remember who helped me but she had colored hair was super friendly and fast. She had let me know she is new so bear with her but she is amazing. Thank you jamba for training great employees and for a great experience.
