Worst experience ever! I went in July 5th 2025 around 8:20 a.m. the shift manager there took my order I placed my tip in the jar. She took the next person's order which was fine. She mixed my smoothie and while it was mixing she started working on the next person's order. Again that was perfectly okay. My smoothie is done mixing and it's just sitting there. Jamba in Riverdale is a spot we really enjoy. The smoothies are always fresh and taste great. They have a good variety of options, and everything we’ve tried has been solid. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is usually pretty quick. The front area could definitely be cleaner… it’s not terrible, but it would feel more inviting if they kept that space tidier. FYI- note that they replied!!! BUT I DID CONTACT MGR. I DID CONTACT CORPORATE. NOT A GOOD COMPANY. Can’t give it a zero or I would. Went there and wanted 2 smoothies saw their metal cups & bought 2. Male staff member put the metal cups , lids & metal straws in liquid sanitizer in sink. Left them there & waited in next customer. He then pulled them out, after he had waited on 2nd customer & didn’t rinse them (I didn’t knw that until later) & put our smoothies in. My smoothie tasted like rubbing alcohol.
