Very clean, very welcoming staff. I asked about certain ingredients and she was overly sure to check for allergies, greatly appreciated. Diana was friendly and makes the drinks PERFECT! New drink items and snacks in too!

My first time going to this Jamba Juice and the vibes are wonderful. There were only 2 employees working and they managed all customers with grace and kindness. Jeremiah and Yoselin were all smiles and very knowledgeable about the menu! Their service was excellent, will be returning!
Getting pricey like everything else
I usually love coming to this Jamba on G Street — I always mobile order here and the customer service is usually great. But this time was a really disappointing experience. My order said it would be ready at 10:53, and I arrived at 10:52. When I got there, nobody was at the front counter, and there were no drinks in the pickup refrigerator. I waited several minutes while I could hear people laughing and talking in the back, but no one came out to help me until around 11:00. Only then did they start making my order.
