Normally a good experience however I have a dairy allergy and didn't know one of the drinks had sherbet i ordered. When the associate gave it to me i verified it was dairy free and he said it has sherbert in it, in which i responded that's dairy so I need to exchange it out for a dairy free option. I always get their Jamba Juice Orange Dream Machine.
Edit- I left a bad review, with only star reviews, no text. Then I get some stupid email saying they’ll give me a 20% discount on my next purchase of a smoothie… but I live in a state that doesn’t even have a Jamba. What am I supposed to do with that? Ridiculous. And customer service for this company blows.
I am extremely disappointed in this company for serving my child a contaminated smoothie, resulting in food poisoning. My daughter, who is pregnant, is now hospitalized due to consuming spoiled fruit. I will be seeking legal assistance and reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau, as well as code enforcement.
