their system allowed me to order an item that was not in stock and charged me for it. i left the store with nothing but a “my manager will figure it out when they get here later.” very disappointed and upset that i paid and wasn’t able to get anything back after spending money. very poor service.

Typical jamba juice a little more expensive than other states but you gotta remember it is Cali and cost of living is more. This is a self service kiosk no cash register person.

I don’t know why i keep coming here . I only do it because I live near by. They screwed my order again! Plus the Asian lady that works there gave me attitude on top of that. By the way music is too loud in there. Maybe that’s why they screw up the orders. To management, please , please retrain your employees. There’s no need for all that attitude. They keep forgetting that we as customers want our product and be on our way. To the owner of this establishment, it’s sad to read these negative comments. Something has to be done... read more
