The staff has been so very helpful to me during my temporary disability. I use a walker right now and it's dangerous for me to be walking on wet pavement so they actually bring my Jamba to my car. They can't imagine how helpful this is to me and what a difference it makes in my life each day to get my Jamba Juice and to be able to stay in my car on the rainy days. Even the manager has stepped up and he'll bring my Jamba out for me. And they all do it with a smile.
I never leave reviews. However, there was no customers in the store. The woman was doing prep and looked me in my eyes and continued to prep. Turned her back to me and said nothing. I literally stood there for a couple minutes just waiting. Diego comes from the back, and asks me if I need help. He noticed that she was ignoring me and came to help me.
