Lower level in-store management does a great job and I’ve always gotten high quality smoothies here. However, I have to call out ownership for their price point on DoorDash. I’m sick and wanted a smoothie, they are trying to charge $17 per (before boosts). That is absolutely ridiculous, greedy, and malicious. Jamba as a corporation should also do more to standardize and limit price gouging. This greed has completely left a poor taste in my mouth and I will not be bringing my weekly+ business to this location anymore.
Staff was friendly, although I had to ask the employee to wash hands and or change the gloves he was wearing before making my smoothie. This employee came from the lobby, took my order, and then tried to proceed to make my drink. I hate feeling like a Karen requesting the employee to change gloves and or wash hands, but seriously! Gloves may protect the employee, but it's not doing anything for the customer when not changed.
